WSM Interventional Pain is an 800 square foot, first floor procedure suite built for image-guided interventional pain care and operated by Kim and Spine LLC. Bring your patients, use our C-arm, table, staff space and recovery area, and pay only for the time you book.

The space
Everything an image-guided procedure day needs
Brand new first floor construction, laid out around the C-arm and table, with a separate control room and recovery bay.
- GE OEC Elite 9900 VAS 8 mobile C-armCurrent-generation fluoroscopy with a large flat-panel field of view, low-dose imaging modes and vascular capability.
- Stille Medstone Elite TM4 four-motion tableHeight, trend, lateral tilt and slide let you square up an oblique approach without moving the patient twice, and the table accommodates bariatric patients.
- Patient monitoringA GE Carescape B650 monitor with temperature, non-invasive blood pressure and Masimo pulse oximetry.
- Crash cart and radiation protectionA crash cart with emergency medications is kept on site. Radiation protection vests are provided in large, medium and small, along with dosimeters, so you and your staff are covered without bringing your own.
- Battery backup across the whole officePhones, the C-arm, the table, lighting, the server and the internet connection all stay up through a power failure, so a case in progress is not interrupted.
- 500 Mbit symmetrical fiberWired ethernet and wifi throughout, with the same speed up as down for moving studies off site.
- Dedicated recovery areaReclining chairs so patients can be observed comfortably while the next case is turned over.
- 800 square feet, first floorGround-level access with no elevator, generous natural and architectural lighting, and a modern, calm motif throughout. The suite is close to the Interstate 45 exit for Woodlands Parkway, with amenities nearby.
- Wheelchair accessible throughoutDoorways wide enough for a wheelchair, and a wheelchair accessible restroom on the same floor. Entrance doors are manual rather than automatic.

Scheduling
A modern scheduling system, not a phone tag chain
Your block is a standing weekly assignment rather than a slot you have to chase. It stays yours — the suite does not hand unused time to anyone else — and you schedule your own cases into it through a purpose-built system, without waiting for a callback.
You and the suite are looking at the same calendar, so a block you hold is a block that is held.

- Your block, every week A standing weekly assignment. It is not reallocated when you do not use it, and nobody else can take it.
- Schedule your own cases Put patients into your block yourself — procedure, time and duration — and change them as your day changes.
- Case lists and turnover Plan the order of your day so the room and the recovery chairs stay in step.
- One shared calendar, and your patients stay yours You and the suite work from the same view. Other practitioners see your time only as occupied — never your patients or what you are doing.
- Patient scheduling Book your patients into your block and see the day take shape as you fill it.
- Consent forms by procedure Generated from approved language and printed from the case. Wording is versioned rather than edited, so a consent signed last year still carries the words that were on it.
- Stock levels and reorder alerts What a case consumes comes off the shelf count, and anything at or below its reorder point is flagged so the suite restocks before you are short.
